Terms of Use

The honest terms, in plain language.

Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Financially Growing LLC, Portland, Oregon

Detailed Terms

Section 01

Agreement

By using financiallygrowing.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you're purchasing for an organization, licensing terms in your written agreement govern where they differ from these.

Section 02

What our content is, and is not

Everything we publish, books, workbooks, guides, kits, courses, and the blog, is educational. Ashlee Richards is a certified financial educator, not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, physician, or therapist. Nothing here is individualized financial, legal, medical, or mental health advice, and nothing replaces the licensed professionals who know your specific situation. Faith-based materials are offered openly as such; the practical teaching stands on its own.

Section 03

Your license to digital products

When you buy or download a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for you and your household (for MoneyRoots, your family; for classroom freebies, your own classroom). You may fill it digitally and print pages for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files publicly, or use them to build competing products. Organizational and multi-classroom use requires a license from our Bespoke offerings.

Our refund promise

Digital products carry a 14-day refund: email within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, no questionnaire, no hard feelings. Books purchased on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy. Consulting, licensing, and workshop engagements follow the terms in their written agreements.

Section 04

Intellectual property

All content, including The Loved First Bridge, MoneyRoots, our frameworks, product names, and course materials, is owned by Financially Growing LLC or Ashlee Richards and protected by copyright and trademark law. Scripture quotations are from the NASB and used by permission of The Lockman Foundation.

Section 05

Accessibility

If any product fails to work with your assistive technology, we will fix it or refund it. See our Accessibility Statement; it is part of how we do business, not an appendix.

Section 06

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping our content, no attempting to breach forms or checkout, no impersonating us, and no using our materials to harm the people they were built to serve.

Section 07

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Financially Growing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Section 08

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: the contact page is open.
